The “Division of Engineering and Agriculture” provides the education and training toward highly skilled professionals who contribute to the creation of innovations and the management that support manufacturing, food, agriculture, forestry and environment in engineering and agriculture.

Three Educational Policies

  1. Diploma Policies (Policies on academic degree conferment)

    • Acquire advanced expert knowledge and skills of engineering and agriculture in order to resolve problems regarding innovation creation to support a sustainable and prosperous community.
    • Acquire interdisciplinary intellect and practical skills to realize creation with high autonomy and originality with regards to innovation.
    • Acquire information transmission ability and communication skills in order to promote interdisciplinary collaboration with diverse people with regards to innovation.
    • Acquire the ethics as an advanced professional on innovation.
  2. Curriculum Policies (Curriculum to achieve academic/educational target)

    • Provide courses to acquire advanced expert knowledge and engineering of creation and planning, food/agriculture, etc. as a program course for innovation.
    • Provide courses related to interdisciplinary field in order to cultivate interdisciplinary intellect with regards to innovation.
    • Provide courses that are collaborated with internship and researchers/practitioners, etc. inside and outside of the graduate school in order to develop practical skills with regards to innovation.
    • Provide courses to develop information transmission ability and ethical perspectives in order to publish/apply advanced research ability and research results in public.
  3. Admission Policies (Policies on enrollment admission)

    • Person who has basic academic skills of natural science, etc. necessary for study and research of innovation.
    • Person who has a desire to acquire creative ability with professional development of engineering/agricultural field related to innovation.
    • Person who has strong interest and motivation in contributing to the community through innovation.
