| Procedure |
| From the Utsunomiya University Campus Information Service System page, select "Syllabuses". |

| Searching by faculty, department and course name. |
|
- From the "Faculty and Department" list, select the faculty/department that you want to search for.
- Click on the "Search" button.
- Selecting any class from the list of results will display its details.

| Searching by instructor's name |

- Click the "Select" button beside "Teaching Staff"
- In the new window that opens, selecting any letter/kana will display a list of faculty members whose last name matches your request.
- Selecting a name from this list will automatically enter it into the appropriate search box.
- Clicking search will bring up a list of classes taught by that instructor, which may be clicked on to display further details
