The Mine Campus houses the Faculties of International Studies, Education, and Agriculture. It is located at:

From JR Utsunomiya Station, the Mine Campus can be reached by taxi, or by using any of the three bus companies serving the station. Most buses serving Mine Campus list "Udai-mae-keiyu" ( ) or "Udai" ( ) on their information panels. |

By JR Bus: From bay 3 of the west bus-loop, take any bus bound for Kiyoharadai-Danchi ( ), Kiyohara-Kyujo ( ), Bell-Mall ( ), or Motegi ( ) and disembark at Udai-mae ( ). The trip takes approximately 15 minutes.

By Toya Bus: From bay 14 of the west bus-loop, take any bus bound for Moka ( ), Mashiko, Kaisei-Gakuin ( ), Bell Mall (), Kiyohara-Kyujo (), or any bus displaying Udai-mae-keiyu (), and disembark at Udai-mae (). The trip takes approximately 15 minutes. |

By Kanto Bus: From the east bus-loop, take any counterclockwise loop bus ( ) and disembark at Utsunomiya-Daigaku-mae ( ). The trip takes approximately 10 minutes. |

| By Taxi: Taxi stands are located on both the west and east sides of Utsunomiya Station. The trip from the east taxi stand takes approximately 10 minutes, while the trip from the west taxi-stand takes approximately 15 minutes. |
