- In order to clearly indicate who bears responsibility for information, users must attach their real names to any item of information they send or disseminate.
- Users must not use a third-parties account (login/password) without permission. Users may not lend their account to a third-party.
- Network resources may not be used to infringe on intellectual property rights (including copyright and trademark rights).
- Network resources may not be used for the purposes of slandering, or violating the privacy of another individual/group.
- Network resources may not be used for the dissemination of obscene material, or other material deemed offensive to public morals.
- Users must not use discriminatory language. (This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination on the basis of bodily features, educational background, race, religion, and sex.)
- Network resources are not to be used to support or condemn any particular political or religious activities.
- Users may not use network resources for any commercial purposes.
- In order to provide quality service to all users, users may not alter/delete other user's files, nor may they abuse network resources (through such acts as excessive use of network bandwidth, or the transferring of excessive amounts of data).
